感謝您選擇瑞萊夢臻作品。列表作品有可能同時於其他通路展售，庫存顯示儘量同步更新但僅供參考，可先來信確認。如遇已無庫存但物件符合再製條件（寶石材料足夠或可再取得），可詢問再版訂製的可能性。訂製時程於備料完成後約 15 至 25 個工作天（不含配送時間）。

設計稿費預付款確認後方安排設計討論時程。依據您的喜好和需求，提供草案為基礎做修改和審核，草稿確認後接續建模和評估，並提供一份渲染預覽圖和製作報價。客製訂作品依材料評估於確認製作後先收取一半製作訂金，或可能需全額付訖後方安排製程。

因應國際貴金屬浮動價格，我們保留修改頁面標價的權力，訂製費以實際報價為主。報價只適用於個別的訂製單個案回應，亦不代表適用於其他時間的報價。訂單報價 3 天內有效，超時則需另報價。

部分訂製品可能花費較多時間製作或備料，在完成付款後將需要額外 7 至 30 個工作天數完成指定要求。因每件作品的手工製作所花費的工時、備料時間不定，如有日期時限等條件，下單前請務必預留時間。

部分訂製品可要求個人客製化，如雷射雕刻文字等，歡迎來信討論詢問。

We gladly accept custom orders for designs featuring your own gemstones. Please feel free to reach out to us, and we will respond within 3 business days with personalized quotes and scheduling information.

To initiate discussions about custom orders, a non-refundable deposit will be required. Once we've established your preferences, a design draft will be created for your review. After you've approved the draft, we'll proceed with the detailed modeling. Upon finalizing the design model, we will provide you with a production quote that includes a rendering of the design. Please note that we will only begin production on custom-order or duplicate made-to-order orpieces once the quote has been confirmed and payment has been received.

Our listed prices are subject to change without prior notice, as we retain the right to make pricing adjustments as necessary. To ascertain the precise cost, kindly consider the quotes provided in our response. These quotes are valid exclusively for the specific inquiry and remain valid for a period of up to 3 days.

Depends on the complexity of the items custom-ordered, extra 7 to 30 working days might be required to complete the order.
