退換政策 | Refund Policy


感謝您在瑞萊夢臻工作室的選購。購買前詳盡溝通了解,可省下退換貨所耗費的心力、金錢與時間,如果有疑問請儘早向我們提出。如果您對所得的物件有疑慮,請與我們聯繫。

注意事項

  • 每件作品物件為手工製作處理,當我們極力追求完美的同時,也感謝您理解其製作過程中可能帶有的手感痕跡。
  • 照片皆為實品拍攝,如因電腦設定顯色、拍攝環境光線、個人觀感定義不同造成圖片與實體之色差問題,商品皆以實品為主。
  • 天然寶石皆可能有石紋或內含物,自然美色瑕不掩瑜。如因天然內含物而表現顏色之些微差異,以實際商品為主。同款複數作品之間所用之寶石克拉重及等級皆在人工測量誤差容許範圍內。
  • 在正常使用情形下損壞的物件如扣頭鬆動,鑲石掉落等,需要重新整修美容。請來信告知維修需求並親帶或寄送物件回工作室,我們會評估維修費用和時間。
  • 琺瑯物件相對脆弱,如破損後,當今技法尚無法完全修復至原本狀態,請擁有琺瑯物件的客戶使用上要格外小心。

退換政策

  • 在收到物品後,請立刻檢視商品是否正確,如果有問題請於 3 天內與我們連絡。 Contact us ✉ 聯絡諮詢 
  • 請於取得我們回覆的 5 天內將保持未使用的原商品連同未拆封商品包裝寄出,超過時限未寄出視為不更換並取消保留。
  • 台灣網路購物享有之 7 日鑑賞期非試用期。
  • 辦理退貨請保持商品、所附贈品全新完整,必須保持所有商品、贈品、附件、包裝、及所有附隨文件或資料的完整性。
  • 耳環類商品如為耳針款式(穿刺型)屬個人衛生用品,不受台灣網路購物鑑賞期的規範。基於個人衛生原則,不接受辦理退換貨。
  • 特別客製商品無法退換貨。客製化商品包含但不限於原列表作品經依照個人需求調整過長度、尺寸、造型、材料之訂製品,如加工刻字、耳針改耳夾等。

退款政策

我們在收到您的物品後檢查並通知您我們已收到您退回的物品,並通知您檢視結果和退款狀態。如果確認退款,我們將向您的信用卡(或原始付款方式)退款。根據發卡機構的政策,您將在一定天數內收到信用額度。

運費退款

您將自行承擔退回商品的運費。 運費不可退還。 如果您收到退款,原始寄送的運費將從您的退款中扣除。各個國家地區之關稅條件規定不同,如有相關額外費用產生,則需由買家連絡處理清關。若訂購人因不願支付關稅以致包裹需退回,退款金額將扣除實際產生之來回運費及兩地關稅後,再退回原訂單餘額。 請注意,我們不對返回運輸過程中發生的任何損失或損壞風險負責。

Notice

  • While we pursuer perfection in our craftsmanship, please be advised that all items are hand-made. Slight crafting marks or differences are rare but expected. We appreciate your understanding.  
  • Please note that each user's monitor setting differ from one to each other, all creations' photo color might appear slightly differently from the actual item.  
  • There might be color variation and natural inclusions which is consider acceptable for natural gemstones. Carat weights and stone quantities may differ briefly from one creation to the next if there are multiple duplicates.
  • Items that are damaged under normal use, such as loose buckles, falling stones, etc., need to be refurbished. Please inform us about the repair needs and bring or send the items back to the studio, we will evaluate the repair cost and time.
  • Enamel objects are relatively fragile. If damaged, current techniques cannot fully restore them to their original state. Customers who own enamel objects should handle with extra care when using them.

Returns or Exchange

  • Please check the delivered items from RealizedStudio upon arrival. Shell you find any problem or the sent items did not match the description of the ordered items listed on the website, please contact us within 3 days of arrival for return or exchange process. Contact us ✉ 聯絡諮詢 
  • You have 5 calendar days to ship out returning items from the date you received our responses.
  • For online shipping within Taiwan, we offer 7 days of appreciation period. Please be advised it is not a try-out time.
  • To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging, including the items, gift packaging, accessories, bonus items, and documentation if applicable. Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.
  • If earrings are in the style of ear acupuncture (piercing type), they are personal hygiene products and thus Taiwan's 7-days appreciation period for online shopping will not apply. Based on the principle of personal hygiene, returns and exchanges are not accepted.
  • Special order items such as Personalized/custom-ordered items cannot be returned or exchanged. Customized products include but are not limited to the original list of works whose length, size, shape, and material have been adjusted according to individual needs, such as processed lettering, ear pins modification to ear clips, etc.

Refunds

Once we received your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the inspection result and refund status.

If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.

Refund on Shipping

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of original shipping will be deducted from your refund. Please note that RealizedStudio will not be responsible for any risk of losses or damages incurred during the return transportation.

Please notes that possible customs duty are not included in the price and shipping fee. Extra payment to customs may occur depends on different countries and locations, it is buyer's duty to clear the tax. If the order is returned due to failure of paying the tariff, the shipping cost of both trips will be deducted from the balance before issuing refund.
